Hi!! Welcome to Candi's Power Hour! My name is Candi and my goal is to help people fall in love with lifting weights! Especially women! I try my hardest to make my workouts as convenient as possible to do on your own at home with a limited amount of equipment as possible. I work to build an effective set of workouts that can be done with just a few dumbbells and a yoga mat. I want you to love lifting weights and working out as much as I do!
A Little About Me:
I have always enjoyed being active! Around 2012 I began lifting weights and fell in love with it! I have been running since high school where I participated in track and cross country. I have completed races ranging from 5K to 100 miles. Discipline and consistency are the keys to success no matter what you do!
